If you would like to request a Toys for Tots Box for your business or organization, please fill out the following request form and click on Submit. After submitting the form, it will go into our database. Please make sure you print a hard copy.
You will be contacted by a USMC Reserve Toys for Tots representative to arrange for the delivery or pickup of your donations box.
